SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

We recommend the new owners of the puppies to come pick them up from the kennel. If that is not possible, the dogs could be sent over with a trusted to the kennel, specialized driver or with a plane in the passengers cabin, in case overseas or long-distance delivery is necessary.

   Please note, that we do not accept shipping dogs in the cargo area of an airplane as we consider this unhealthy for the animals. 

   

  Shipping with a driver:  

        We have a few trusted drivers who specialize in shipping animals to their owners. Their cars are adjusted for the necessity of this procedure, and the whole process is made up in a way the dogs wouldn't find unpleasant. Multiple stops for cuddles, and walks are planned for each trip, and the animals have food and water throughout the whole trip.

Shipping with an airplane:

There are two options for shipping a dog with airplane.
1st - We organize the whole process, including finding a trusted delivery-man, buying the tickets, organizing the stops and stay(when necessary), and handing over the dog to its new family. 

2nd - The customer picks his/hers way of traveling to the kennel's location, and then goes back home with the dog. In this scenario, we may assist with information and navigation if necessary.

In both scenarios, the main rule is active - the god must not travel in the cargo area of the plane, and measures for healthy traveling  should be taken.
